In the 42ndth minute of the game Axel Stålberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Torslanda United FF's Fredrik Ström was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Hans Löfskog had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Axel Stålberg in the 47th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredrik Ström saved Torslanda United FF from getting behind.

51 minutes into the match, Torslanda United FF's goalkeeper Fredrik Ström had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Bo Stålman. After a defensive mix-up in Torslanda United FF's zone, Bo Stålman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fredrik Ström came out of the goal and Bo Stålman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olov Bark in the 56th minute of play forced Grangärde's goalkeeper Georg Linberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 61 minutes, Bo Stålman managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Grangärde's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bo Stålman was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Fredrik Ström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Axel Stålberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. A hard shot 64 in the game by Bo Stålman from a close distance when the talented Fredrik Ström managed to make a qualified save. Torslanda United FF's players were relieved. Roy Billock charged in rather forcefully in the 70th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kim Örtendahl in the 78th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Fredrik Ström saved Torslanda United FF from getting behind. Axel Stålberg struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Fredrik Ström didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Grangärde. Bo Stålman might have been able to make a better finish in the 87th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Fredrik Ström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Bo Stålman ran back to his position shaking his head. Bo Stålman received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Fredrik Ström came out and tried to block the shot, but Bo Stålman slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 92nd minute. Bo Stålman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Fredrik Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match was over Grangärde could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Torslanda United FF throughout the match.
