Egil Hultin kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. Henning Lundström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anders Hake in the 12th minute of the match. Henning Lundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Backman's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. Patrik Olsman made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when William Wall sent off a good shot on target. If Tomas Backman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tomas Backman was the one to do the kick off. Ekerö BK's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
