Spectators: 6667 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 0) Stefan Nyman started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 14th minute, one of Sparsör:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Sparsör. The referee gave FC Riverhouse a penalty, 16 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Hubert Ryberg, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Sparsör's Reine Damm. 1-1. FC Riverhouse's Östen Dalberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Harald Pettersson in the 22nd minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Torbjörn Soned managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Riverhouse's supporters rose to their feet, but Torbjörn Soned was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Reine Damm breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Kjell Björklund had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Kjell Björklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sparsör's zone, Jim Berggren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Reine Damm came out of the goal and Jim Berggren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Östen Dalberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Harald Pettersson in the 33rd minute of the match. Albin Lindsten hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. 38 minutes into the match, FC Riverhouse's Jim Berggren sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Reine Damm narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After 39 minutes, Joel Falk mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Sparsör and the FC Riverhouse players grew even worse after the yellow card. Joel Falk kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. FC Riverhouse's Kjell Björklund got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The supporters of FC Riverhouse booed when Sparsör was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hugo Finman didn't get a good kick on the ball. 47 minutes into the match, Kjell Björklund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Reine Damm. Sparsör's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Kjell Björklund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Harald Pettersson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Torbjörn Soned was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. With a little luck, Sparsör's Reine Damm got control of the ball when Kjell Björklund tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 97th match minute, Sparsör was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harald Pettersson to maneuver through the defense. Hubert Ryberg was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 98th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. FC Riverhouse were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
