Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gunnar Bure took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 5th minute, Jim Pååk got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Otto Kvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Sune Berg fell near the penalty area in the 9th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Fagervik's protests and gave Sune Berg a yellow card for diving instead. Sune Berg hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Fagervik's Börge Gernberg collided with an opponent after 13 minutes. The hit was so violent that he fractured his nose and had to leave the field. In the 14th match minute, FC Madridista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristian Björkdahl to maneuver through the defense. Gunnar Bure received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Fredrik Forsman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Bure struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Fredrik Forsman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FC Madridista. In the 34th minute Gunnar Bure shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredrik Forsman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jim Pååk kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. Otto Kvarnström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without John Ryberg having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Otto Kvarnström to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Bure in the 54th minute of play forced Fagervik's goalkeeper Fredrik Forsman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FC Madridista's Jim Pååk got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Otto Kvarnström in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck John Ryberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 62nd minute Leo Kullander shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John Ryberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. John Ryberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Otto Kvarnström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Otto Kvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Marcus Björkqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Madridista's goalkeeper John Ryberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fredrik Forsman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gunnar Bure in the 80th minute of play. When Marcus Björkqvist fell near the penalty area in the 86th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Madridista's protests and gave Marcus Björkqvist a yellow card for diving instead. In the 86th match minute, FC Madridista was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcus Björkqvist to maneuver through the defense. 96 minutes into the game, Jim Pååk cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Fredrik Forsman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. FC Madridista had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
