If Elliot Lundin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven Ivarsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute Fabian Lindström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nils Wallmark saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 28 minutes in the game, Folke Elg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Johan Arenberg having to interfere. If Sven Ivarsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Johan Arenberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Folke Elg, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. When Folke Elg came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Lingon Imperiets IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Folke Elg couldn't finish the play. After 44 minutes Fc Angered City's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gösta Käller who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Lingon Imperiets IF's Gösta Käller to fire away a dangerous shot which Johan Arenberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Gösta Käller shot a hard long shot which touched the left pole and just rolled over the goal line behind Johan Arenberg. 44 minutes into the game was 1-1. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Folke Elg to make the kick off. Fabian Lindström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 52nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nils Wallmark having to interfere. Nils Wallmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabian Lindström, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Fabian Lindström in the 73rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nils Wallmark saved Lingon Imperiets IF from getting behind. Sven Ivarsson struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Nils Wallmark didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fc Angered City. In the 78th minute, Henrik Gustavsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lingon Imperiets IF's Elliot Lundin got a good chance for a goal in the 82nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fc Angered City's Johan Arenberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrik Gustavsson in the 85th minute of play. With his leg Nils Wallmark managed to avoid a goal in the 90thth minute, when Fc Angered City's Sven Ivarsson fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Fabian Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fc Angered City were clearly unhappy with the draw, as they felt they had done enough to earn themselves a victory.
