In the 10th match minute, FK Svane was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bengt Hermansson to maneuver through the defense. After some fancy dribbling in the 14th minute, Isak Ahlrot managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lindesberg IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Isak Ahlrot was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Thomas Sigfridsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 17 minutes into the game, Jan-Åke Alströmer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lindesberg IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FK Svane the free kick. The supporters of FK Svane booed when Lindesberg IK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jan-Åke Alströmer didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hampus Skytt made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Orvar Almkvist sent off a good shot on target. Gabriel Abrahamsson hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 22nd minute, Christian Löfgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 24 played minutes, Lindesberg IK's Reine Beckeman shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomas Sigfridsson came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Lindesberg IK reached it. In the 28thth minute of the game Isak Ahlrot who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FK Svane's Thomas Sigfridsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Ludwig Olsson came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Lindesberg IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludwig Olsson couldn't finish the play. Thomas Sigfridsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Isak Ahlrot, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. Orvar Almkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Skytt having to interfere. In the 42nd minute, Lindesberg IK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Orvar Almkvist fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. 45 minutes into the match, Lindesberg IK's Ludwig Olsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Sigfridsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar.

Thomas Sigfridsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 80 minutes into the game, Ludwig Olsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Thomas Sigfridsson. Ludwig Olsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. 96 minutes into the match, Lindesberg IK's Isak Ahlrot sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Thomas Sigfridsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
