Georg Thidén stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Nordstedt's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vrångö FK's zone, Jonathan Vesterberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Thidén came out of the goal and Jonathan Vesterberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Fröseke booed when Vrångö FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arne Bennet didn't get a good kick on the ball. Torbjörn Odén kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Frans Valler was extremely unlucky when he, in the 37th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Hjalmar Dalman's late challenge caught a Vrångö FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hjalmar Dalman helped the player get up and apologised. Georg Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Evert Nordstedt in the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jonathan Vesterberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Vrångö FK defense, Evert Nordstedt kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Georg Thidén. The Vrångö FK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Georg Thidén should have stopped the shot. Georg Thidén showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Vesterberg in the 59th minute of the match. When Jonathan Vesterberg came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Fröseke fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonathan Vesterberg couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Vrångö FK's zone, Jonathan Vesterberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Georg Thidén came out of the goal and Jonathan Vesterberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Evert Nordstedt in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Georg Thidén, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 69th minute, Jonathan Vesterberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 72nd minute, Evert Nordstedt ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Georg Thidén was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. In the 78th minute, Jonathan Vesterberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 80 minutes into the game, Jonathan Vesterberg lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Georg Thidén. Evert Nordstedt sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 88th minute Jonathan Vesterberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Georg Thidén saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, one of Vrångö FK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Vrångö FK. Lars-Erik Nordström walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Fröseke's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
