Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stig-Åke Odin made the kick off and thus started the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Åke Odin in the 6th minute of play forced Virestad's goalkeeper Ulf Göransson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pontus Back hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 8th match minute, Virestad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils-Emil Sjöberg to maneuver through the defense. In the 17th minute Stig-Åke Odin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Göransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulf Göransson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Stig-Åke Odin went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. If Edmund Broberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Virestad's Ulf Göransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig-Åke Odin in the 26th minute of play. In the 28th minute Edmund Broberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulf Göransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Otto Mager took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 32nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Ulf Göransson. Virestad's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Edmund Broberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulf Göransson having to interfere. Virestad's Ulf Göransson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmund Broberg in the 48th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Malte Forssberg made a kick off. Virestad's Ulf Göransson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Virestad from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar booed when Virestad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 58 match minutes in a wonderful position. Andreas Sandberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 65 minutes of play, Kapten Igloos Fiskpinnar's Edmund Broberg made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ulf Göransson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Per-Erik Hellsing sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Kent Åkesson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvard Skytt, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Kent Åkesson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Malte Forssberg went, in the 85th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. In the 92nd minute, Edvard Skytt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Leif Lindström kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match.
