When Albert Sikström came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Hedesunda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albert Sikström couldn't finish the play. 9 minutes into the match, Albert Sikström notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Björken FF's David Jonsson. David Jonsson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Göran Löfdahl scored 0-2 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of David Jonsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Anders Vacker came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Björken FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anders Vacker couldn't finish the play. Albert Sikström took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Jonsson. David Jonsson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kent Påk during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Kent Påk kicked well hit freekick during the 24th minute of the match. After 26 minutes, Göran Löfdahl mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hedesunda and the Björken FF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After some careless play in the Björken FF defense, Göran Löfdahl kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of David Jonsson. The Björken FF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Jonsson should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Björken FF booed when Hedesunda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Johan Siggman didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Karl-Johan Siggman fell near the penalty area in the 35th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hedesunda's protests and gave Karl-Johan Siggman a yellow card for diving instead. Karl-Johan Siggman kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. In the 37th minute Anders Vacker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruud van Nistelrooij saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Svante Eklund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Göran Löfdahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. David Jonsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

David Jonsson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albert Sikström in the 52nd minute. David Jonsson stood somewhat misplaced when Göran Löfdahl came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 53 minute. Anders Vacker received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Ruud van Nistelrooij tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A well placed Albert Sikström short distance shot in the 80th minute ended with a hard ball which without a chance for the goalkeeper went staright up into the goalkeepers left cross. Björken FF's David Jonsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Sikström in the 83rd minute of play. David Jonsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Sikström, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Göran Löfdahl could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but David Jonsson made a huge save. If Albert Sikström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
