Spectators: 6734 (Terracing: 5050, Seating: 1674, VIP seats: 10) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Alf Heggert made the kick off which started today's match. After 6 played minutes IFK Fotskäl got a freekick which was hit by Boris Engman. Rickard Larsfält, 7 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Bengt-Arne Kvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Sigvard Öberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bengt-Arne Kvist got free with Sigvard Öberg in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 13 played minutes Borrby got a freekick which was hit by Kim Jönsson. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herbert Lindberg in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kurt Snäll saved Borrby from getting behind. Alf Heggert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sigvard Öberg having to interfere. Kurt Snäll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Freddie Glad in the 21st minute of the match. In the 22nd minute, Pål Jespersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. IFK Fotskäl's Jack Haeger couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 24th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Borrby. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Herbert Lindberg in the 26th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kurt Snäll prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 26 minutes, Wiktor Bremming mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Borrby and the IFK Fotskäl players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Borrby's Wiktor Bremming got a free kick in the 27th minute. Borrby's Kurt Snäll played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Lindberg in the 28th minute of play. Freddie Glad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kim Jönsson charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kim Jönsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of IFK Fotskäl booed when Borrby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kim Jönsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Freddie Glad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bengt-Arne Kvist hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Herbert Lindberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiktor Bremming in the 56th minute of play forced IFK Fotskäl's goalkeeper Sigvard Öberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Freddie Glad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 63 minutes into the match, Borrby's Alf Heggert sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sigvard Öberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a little luck, Borrby's Kurt Snäll got control of the ball when Freddie Glad tried to sneak it across the goal line. A hard shot 70 in the game by Freddie Glad from a close distance when the talented Kurt Snäll managed to make a qualified save. Borrby's players were relieved. If Alf Heggert had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurt Snäll made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Freddie Glad sent off a good shot on target. In the 78th minute, Brian Larsfält hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Freddie Glad sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Boris Engman's late challenge caught a Borrby's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Boris Engman helped the player get up and apologised. After having played for 91 minutes, Stefan Melin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. IFK Fotskäl's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stefan Melin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Alf Heggert came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Borrby fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alf Heggert couldn't finish the play. Boris Engman hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. In the 97thth minute of the game Alf Heggert who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but IFK Fotskäl's Sigvard Öberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
