An unexpectedly hard shot by Matthias Bäck in the 21st minute of play forced Tåget BK's goalkeeper Robert Löfkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With splendid footwork Matthias Bäck arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-0 by the left pole in the game's 23rd minute. In the 31st minute, Dick Hansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matthias Bäck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tåget BK's Robert Löfkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Tåget BK from getting a goal against them. Robert Löfkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Matthias Bäck in the 44th minute of play. If Matthias Bäck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Matthias Bäck came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Furuvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Matthias Bäck couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Matthias Bäck to strike the kick off in the second half. When Sven-Erik Alebeck came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Furuvik fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Erik Alebeck couldn't finish the play. Matthias Bäck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Löfkvist having to interfere. Matthias Bäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Robert Löfkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Robert Löfkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Erik Alebeck in the 60th minute of the match. A collision led to Tåget BK getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Elof Lindqvist hit a great ball. Matthias Bäck scored 2-0 in the 61st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Robert Löfkvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sven-Erik Alebeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Löfkvist having to interfere. Sven-Erik Alebeck sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Robert Löfkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Matthias Bäck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute, Matthias Bäck ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Robert Löfkvist was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Sven-Erik Alebeck fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Robert Löfkvist having to interfere. If Edvin Wallmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Furuvik booed when Tåget BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dick Hansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Tåget BK's zone, Matthias Bäck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Löfkvist came out of the goal and Matthias Bäck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Robert Löfkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Matthias Bäck, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Matthias Bäck received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Robert Löfkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tåget BK's zone, Matthias Bäck stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Löfkvist came out of the goal and Matthias Bäck tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee ended the match the Furuvik players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
