Stig Håning hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Mark Linberg came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Knislinge BK's Henric Broman. But to his dismay, Henric Broman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. With 42 minutes on the clock, Jonatan Vestlund commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Holmsjö FK fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Tansu Malkoçoğlu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Alvin Örtlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

If Tansu Malkoçoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 60th play minutes Tansu Malkoçoğlu shot 1-3, a short shot which went by Alvin Örtlund and just under the crossbar into goal. Holmsjö FK's Tansu Malkoçoğlu got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mark Linberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Broman, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 79th minute, Sven-Olof Sjöström got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 86 minutes into the game, Tansu Malkoçoğlu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-3. Alvin Örtlund was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.
