Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Sven-Erik Gustafsson kicked off to start the match. Göran Norberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Stephansson in the 3rd minute of play. A collision led to Mellösa BF getting a freekick after 6 minutes play. Carl Eriksson hit a great ball. Jörn Vibjörnsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sven-Erik Gustafsson in the 13th minute of the match. In the 20th minute, Ola Blomqvist hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 29th match minute, Mellösa BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ola Blomqvist to maneuver through the defense. The attack was good, but when Sven-Erik Gustafsson in the 34th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. Dan Beneth who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 35thth minute tested the skills of Jörn Vibjörnsson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Sven-Erik Gustafsson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jörn Vibjörnsson came out and tried to block the shot, but Sven-Erik Gustafsson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 36th minute. When Holger Stephansson came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Mjöbäck BF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Holger Stephansson couldn't finish the play. In the 45th minute of the match, Dan Beneth got a very nice opportunity to score, but Jörn Vibjörnsson was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Mjöbäck BF's Jörn Vibjörnsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sven-Erik Gustafsson in the 46th minute of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

52 minutes into the match, Mjöbäck BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Erik Gustafsson came free, but Jörn Vibjörnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute Sven-Erik Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Vibjörnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 58 minutes in the game, Dan Beneth dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 61st minute Sven-Erik Gustafsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jörn Vibjörnsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 63rd minute, Sven-Erik Gustafsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jörn Vibjörnsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. 67 minutes into the match, Mjöbäck BF's goal looked a bit too open when Dan Beneth came free, but Jörn Vibjörnsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Erik Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Beneth in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jörn Vibjörnsson saved Mjöbäck BF from getting behind. Göran Norberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Holger Stephansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. Sven-Erik Gustafsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The audience was convinced that Dan Beneth's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jörn Vibjörnsson was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. After 95 minutes, Sven-Erik Gustafsson made it 4-0 with a short kick to the right side. Mjöbäck BF's Jörn Vibjörnsson tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the Mellösa BF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
