One of Rockneby:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Hjärtat:s goal. With a little luck, Hjärtat's Petter Pihlwall got control of the ball when Lennart Grönlund tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 16th minute, Rockneby's Emanuel Kihlberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Ulrik Wennerlund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Busk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Busk struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Ulrik Wennerlund didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hjärtat. If Joakim Busk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Petter Pihlwall showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Emanuel Kihlberg in the 35th minute of the match. Joakim Busk spun around in front of the goal 36 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Rockneby's goal. Joakim Busk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Ulrik Wennerlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the game, Valentin Mårtensson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rockneby's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hjärtat the free kick. Valentin Mårtensson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. After the first half Hjärtat were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Emanuel Kihlberg to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes Hjärtat got a freekick which was hit by Tony Beneth. Ulrik Wennerlund was out of position in the 54 minute of play, and Philip Liljeström capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Philip Liljeström really showed his touch with that goal: 1-3. The audience thought a goal was coming when Joakim Busk got free with Ulrik Wennerlund in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 70 minutes, Philip Liljeström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hjärtat's supporters crossed their fingers, but Philip Liljeström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Petter Pihlwall took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lennart Grönlund, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the match, Hjärtat's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Kihlberg came free, but Petter Pihlwall reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Valentin Mårtensson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rockneby's supporters rose to their feet, but Valentin Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Petter Pihlwall breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joakim Busks short, quick shot in the 89thth minute got Ulrik Wennerlund to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valentin Mårtensson in the 91st minute of play forced Hjärtat's goalkeeper Petter Pihlwall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Rockneby booed when Hjärtat was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Johannes Koch didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hjärtat's Petter Pihlwall played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Kihlberg in the 92nd minute of play. Petter Pihlwall didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lennart Grönlund went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-3 was the resulting score. The Hjärtat players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Rockneby from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
