After 12 played minutes Skääg IF got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Ove Bammerman. Grönahög FF's Gustaf Widberg got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Joakim Nord hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. In the 27th minute Sven-Edvin Clementsson managed to get in a great position but fired away a sharp shot that went outside the goal on the goalie's right hand side. It could just as well have been a goal. 31 minutes into the match, Skääg IF's goalkeeper Konrad Kjellqvist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lars Lustig. Everyone was convinced a goal was close when Grönahög FF's Gustaf Widberg in the 32nd minute lifted the ball towards the upper right corner, but Konrad Kjellqvist was perfectly placed and prevented a goal for Skääg IF through an amazing save. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Lars Lustig managed to get in a good position for a shot. Grönahög FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Lars Lustig was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Konrad Kjellqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Harry Hansson charged in rather forcefully in the 41st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Harry Hansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 41st match minute, Grönahög FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harry Hansson to maneuver through the defense. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aron Bredberg was the one to do the kick off. Grönahög FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skääg IF the free kick. Lars Lustig's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Konrad Kjellqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 61st minute of play. Konrad Kjellqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lars Lustig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Skääg IF booed when Grönahög FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 65 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Ove Ström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Skääg IF's Konrad Kjellqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lars Lustig in the 68th minute of play. In the 69th minute, Karl-Ove Levander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Kjellqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lars Lustig in the 72nd minute of the match. 74 minutes into the game, Gustaf Widberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Grönahög FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skääg IF the free kick. Simon Ingemarsson who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 77thth minute tested the skills of Inge Emander when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gustaf Widberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Inge Emander didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skääg IF.
