An unexpectedly hard shot by Pär Wållander in the 6th minute of play forced CONCEPCION's goalkeeper Kristoffer Dalgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute Ludwig Bergsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Dalgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kristoffer Dalgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Bergsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Vartofta IK getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Dag Vestlund hit a great ball. The attack was good, but when Kjell Drewitz in the 17th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. After a rather tough play, Vartofta IK's Dag Vestlund got a free kick in the 18th minute. Ludwig Bergsten sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 24 minutes into the game, Dag Vestlund was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vartofta IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CONCEPCION the free kick. In the 25th minute, Dag Vestlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kristoffer Dalgren came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Vartofta IK's Ludwig Bergsten. But to his dismay, Ludwig Bergsten quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Kristoffer Dalgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludwig Bergsten, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 43rd minute Ludwig Bergsten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristoffer Dalgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Edmund Gregersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kjell Drewitz to make the kick off. Petter Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Gregersson in the 54th minute of the match. In the 57th minute, Dag Vestlund hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Kjell Drewitz struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Petter Tolsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CONCEPCION. A collision led to CONCEPCION getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Kjell Drewitz hit a great ball. If Ludwig Bergsten had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the game, Birger Skräddare was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vartofta IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CONCEPCION the free kick. Kjell Drewitz's late challenge caught a Vartofta IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kjell Drewitz helped the player get up and apologised. Petter Tolsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kjell Drewitz in the 70th minute of the match. After having played for 71 minutes, Kjell Drewitz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CONCEPCION's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kjell Drewitz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Petter Tolsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Drewitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 77 played minutes, Vartofta IK's Ulrik Björck shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Kristoffer Dalgren came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Vartofta IK reached it. 2-1 became the score in the 80th minute when Kjell Drewitz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Edmund Gregersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Petter Tolsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 87 in the game by Pär Wållander from a close distance when the talented Kristoffer Dalgren managed to make a qualified save. CONCEPCION's players were relieved. In the 87th match minute, CONCEPCION was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claes Tunander to maneuver through the defense. Ludwig Bergsten received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Kristoffer Dalgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, CONCEPCION's Claes Tunander got a free kick in the 94th minute. Pär Wållander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristoffer Dalgren having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Vartofta IK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for CONCEPCION.
