Christian Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 9th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Ivarsson having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Malm in the 14th minute of play forced Hälleforsnäs's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Ivarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sven-Åke Ivarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arman Danielsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. If Richard Wallmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 29th minute, Esbjörn Lund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Richard Wallmark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 37th minute, Christian Malm reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Sven-Åke Ivarsson. The goal made the score 1-0. After a defensive mix-up in Hälleforsnäs's zone, Christian Malm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Åke Ivarsson came out of the goal and Christian Malm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Arman Danielsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Davve United's supporters rose to their feet, but Arman Danielsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven-Åke Ivarsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Christian Malm in the 46th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sven-Åke Ivarsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christian Malm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sven-Åke Ivarsson having to interfere.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Christian Malm to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Christian Malm cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Sven-Åke Ivarsson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 54th minute, Richard Wallmark hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind Hälleforsnäs's goalkeeper Sven-Åke Ivarsson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sven-Åke Ivarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Malm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Davve United's Richard Wallmark got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Arman Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Christian Malm struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Sven-Åke Ivarsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Davve United. After 81 minutes, Gilbert Brander mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Hälleforsnäs and the Davve United players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hälleforsnäs's Sven-Åke Ivarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Malm in the 87th minute of play. In the 88th minute Richard Wallmark shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Åke Ivarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 91st minute, Gilbert Brander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 93rd minute, Christian Malm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Davve United fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. After having played for 96 minutes, Esbjörn Lund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Hälleforsnäs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Esbjörn Lund was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee ended the match the Davve United players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
