Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Hubert Eliasson started the match with the kick off. 6 minutes into the match, Ljungsbro's goal looked a bit too open when Hubert Eliasson came free, but Orvar Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 8 played minutes Malmköping IK got a freekick which was hit by Klas Säfström. After a defensive mix-up in Ljungsbro's zone, Hubert Eliasson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Orvar Isaksson came out of the goal and Hubert Eliasson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 12th play minute Sivert Hellkvist came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Orvar Isaksson. 1-0. Hubert Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orvar Isaksson having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Eskil Hedbom was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ljungsbro's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Malmköping IK the free kick. After a rather tough play, Ljungsbro's Eskil Hedbom got a free kick in the 16th minute. Orvar Isaksson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hubert Eliasson's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Hubert Eliasson put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Orvar Isaksson. Klas Säfström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Orvar Isaksson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 20th minute of play. Hubert Eliasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Orvar Isaksson having to interfere. In the 37thth minute of the game Hubert Eliasson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ljungsbro's Orvar Isaksson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Lukas Lund stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Hubert Eliasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Orvar Isaksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Hubert Eliasson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Orvar Isaksson was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. If Sivert Hellkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, Ljungsbro's goal looked a bit too open when Sivert Hellkvist came free, but Orvar Isaksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Malmköping IK's Folke Ahlstedt got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Sivert Hellkvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Orvar Isaksson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hubert Eliasson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Malmköping IK's Sivert Hellkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 84th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ljungsbro's Orvar Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hubert Eliasson in the 92nd minute of play. Malmköping IK's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
