Spectators: 5410 (Terracing: 4250, Seating: 1150, VIP seats: 10) Backe FK's Jan Lundqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, Georg Berggren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tim Nykvist blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bo Salkvist having to make a save. When Jan Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Backe FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Lundqvist couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tim Nykvist in the 10th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bo Salkvist saved Tomhylsa FC from getting behind. Carl Godholm hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 15th minute Tim Nykvist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Salkvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan Lundqvist took the ball and in the 20 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bo Salkvist. Bo Salkvist dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Jan Lundqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Salkvist having to interfere. After having played for 26 minutes, Mats Lustig managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Backe FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mats Lustig was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tomhylsa FC's Bo Salkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Lundqvist in the 27th minute of play. If Jan Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tim Nykvist in the 36th minute of play forced Tomhylsa FC's goalkeeper Bo Salkvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bo Salkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Magnusson in the 41st minute of play. If Jan Lundqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bo Salkvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Lundqvist in the 43rd minute of the match. After 45 played minutes Tomhylsa FC got a freekick which was hit by Olof Walmarsson. After 48 played minutes Backe FK got a freekick which was hit by Ernst Fristedt.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sakarias Lindgren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Bo Salkvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Christian Magnusson in the 52nd minute of play. After having played for 54 minutes, Sakarias Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tomhylsa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sakarias Lindgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan Lundqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to Tomhylsa FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Allan Stenberg hit a great ball. Ernst Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jon Thidén charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jon Thidén the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 65th minute, Jon Thidén hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ernst Fristedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 66th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 68 in the game by Tim Nykvist from a close distance when the talented Bo Salkvist managed to make a qualified save. Tomhylsa FC's players were relieved. In the 71st minute, Hugo Igelström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The long shot by Jan Lundqvist in the 71st minute really tested Bo Salkvist's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Bo Salkvist came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Backe FK's Tim Nykvist. But to his dismay, Tim Nykvist quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Vilhelm Glanselius kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 80 minutes, Jan Lundqvist put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Bo Salkvist. 84 minutes into the match, Sakarias Lindgren notched a goal, 1-4, to the right of Backe FK's Thor Söderqwist. Thor Söderqwist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When Ernst Fristedt came up free with the goalie in the 88th minute, the Backe FK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ernst Fristedt couldn't finish the play. Carl Godholm kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Thomas Rudberg kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Jan Lundqvist, 91 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Christian Magnusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Bo Salkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 minutes of play, Tomhylsa FC's Carl Godholm made it 2-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Thor Söderqwist was left in no man's land by his defense there!
