An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Löfdahl in the 14th minute of play forced Fliseryd's goalkeeper Ulrik Asklund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Göran Alberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Axel Nordlund tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. FKS's Axel Nordlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Michel Strand in the 74th minute of play. Michel Strand might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Axel Nordlund. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched FKS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
