Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Alex Ekberg kicked off to start the match. After 2 played minutes Holmsund got a freekick which was hit by Karl-Åke Söderman. FENDI FC's Malcolm Tillman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sonny Julin in the 5th minute of play. Magne Klemensson could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Malcolm Tillman made a huge save. Algot Pettersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Hjortberg having to interfere. Christoffer Mellin charged in rather forcefully in the 21st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christoffer Mellin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Christoffer Mellin hit a great freekick 21 minutes into the match. Algot Pettersson struck a weak shot in the 25th minute. Jakob Hjortberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FENDI FC. Alex Ekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Hjortberg having to interfere. After 33 minutes, Bror Almqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FENDI FC and the Holmsund players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Holmsund booed when FENDI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bror Almqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Ekberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jakob Hjortberg having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sonny Julin stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jack Brun kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Svante Ahlgren was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 56th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 59th minute, Algot Pettersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 61 minutes into the game, Jan-Olof Kjellman was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FENDI FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Holmsund the free kick. In the 61st minute, Jan-Olof Kjellman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Ekberg in the 65th minute of play forced Holmsund's goalkeeper Jakob Hjortberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Magne Klemensson in the 70th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Malcolm Tillman saved FENDI FC from getting behind. After recieving a nice pass, Holmsund's Svante Ahlgren tried to score from far away in the 75th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Magne Klemensson scored 1-1 in the 78th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Malcolm Tillman, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After having played for 81 minutes, Alex Ekberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FENDI FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Ekberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Algot Pettersson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 86thth minute, Jakob Hjortberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Malcolm Tillman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Magne Klemensson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. In the 90th minute Sonny Julin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Malcolm Tillman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The Holmsund fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Holmsund's Magne Klemensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Holmsund fans cheered their team off the field, for while FENDI FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
