With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ove Wiklund in the 5th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Harry Aspengren saved Fors BK from getting behind. Bertil Stenström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thor Rudberg in the 7th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Ove Wiklund reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Harry Aspengren. The goal made the score 1-0. BK Hisingen's Bertil Stenström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thor Rudberg in the 22nd minute of play. When Robin Linqvist fell near the penalty area in the 30th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored BK Hisingen's protests and gave Robin Linqvist a yellow card for diving instead. Ove Wiklund who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Harry Aspengren when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Fors BK's Harry Aspengren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 35th minute of the match, managed to save Fors BK from getting a goal against them. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Fors BK's goalkeeper Harry Aspengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ove Wiklund struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Harry Aspengren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for BK Hisingen. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ove Wiklund made a kick off. 55 minutes into the game, BK Hisingen's Conny Martinsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Harry Aspengren made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Wictor Löfkvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 70th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fors BK's goalkeeper Harry Aspengren, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 72 minutes into the game, David Mogren was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fors BK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave BK Hisingen the free kick. After a rather tough play, Fors BK's David Mogren got a free kick in the 72nd minute. In the 73rd minute, Adrian Majman sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Fors BK's Harry Aspengren didn't even have to move. Harry Aspengren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Conny Martinsson in the 75th minute of the match. When Ove Wiklund came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the BK Hisingen fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ove Wiklund couldn't finish the play. Bertil Stenström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thor Rudberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Conny Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, BK Hisingen's Bertil Stenström got control of the ball when Wictor Löfkvist tried to sneak it across the goal line. Nils-Emil Falck hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Jörgen Wallin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Harry Aspengren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ove Wiklund, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. Fors BK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
