Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Daniel Lindgren started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 10th minute, Fanatics Västerås SK's Jim Andreasson ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Gösta Hafström. Gösta Hafström yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. A collision led to Fanatics Västerås SK getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Claes Hermansson hit a great ball. Moliden's Gösta Hafström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save Moliden from getting a goal against them. Gösta Hafström made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Claes Hermansson sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Claes Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fanatics Västerås SK's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Hermansson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gösta Hafström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Ludwig Odeen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvin Alegren during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 36th minute, Claes Hermansson fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Gösta Hafström was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Ludwig Odeen showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-0 in the 38 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ludwig Odeen in the 44th minute of play forced Moliden's goalkeeper Gösta Hafström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 48 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Fanatics Västerås SK's Ludwig Odeen fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ludwig Odeen to make the kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Claes Hermansson put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of Gösta Hafström. After having played for 61 minutes, Claes Hermansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fanatics Västerås SK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claes Hermansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 71 minutes into the match, Moliden's goal looked a bit too open when Ludwig Odeen came free, but Gösta Hafström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Claes Hermansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Karl-Erik Josefsson fell near the penalty area in the 83rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Moliden's protests and gave Karl-Erik Josefsson a yellow card for diving instead. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Moliden! Claes Hermansson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Gösta Hafström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gösta Hafström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claes Hermansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Ludwig Odeen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Gösta Hafström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Fanatics Västerås SK players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
