Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) In the 6th minute, Gunnar Lång ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joakim Rolandsson was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gunnar Lång got free with Joakim Rolandsson in the 12th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jan-Erik Trulsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joakim Rolandsson having to interfere. Sollerön's Jan-Erik Trulsson got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albert Granberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Erik Käller, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Björbo's Joakim Rolandsson got control of the ball when Jan-Erik Trulsson tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 38th minute, Niclas Beckman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sven-Erik Käller received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. In the 42nd match minute, Sollerön was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by David Åman to maneuver through the defense. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Klas Alebäck made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Lång in the 52nd minute of play forced Björbo's goalkeeper Joakim Rolandsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Torsten Haeger hit a great ball. After 88 minutes Björbo's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Karl-Axel Överman who took care of the corner kick. Sollerön walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
