Vidar Jespersson started the match with the kick off. Eskil Pilblad's late challenge caught a FC United Of Hisingen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eskil Pilblad helped the player get up and apologised. After 5 played minutes Dribladori got a freekick which was hit by Eskil Pilblad. Dribladori's Thomas Gudmundsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Michael Kruuse in the 6th minute of play. Dribladori's Vidar Jespersson got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 21st minute, Dribladori's Vidar Jespersson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. The audience was convinced that Vidar Jespersson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Adam Lidström was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Dribladori's Vidar Jespersson got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Emil Costandin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Adam Lidström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidar Jespersson in the 41st minute of the match. Vidar Jespersson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Adam Lidström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vidar Jespersson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adam Lidström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 45th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Vidar Jespersson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adam Lidström having to interfere. Adam Lidström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vidar Jespersson in the 65th minute of the match. Vidar Jespersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FC United Of Hisingen's Adam Lidström played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vidar Jespersson in the 72nd minute of play. Thomas Gudmundsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alf Larsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Eskil Pilblad was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 74 minutes had been played. A collision led to Dribladori getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Eskil Pilblad hit a great ball. Mattias Palm charged in rather forcefully in the 76th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mattias Palm the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Mattias Palm kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. 85 minutes into the match, Dribladori's Ture Karlsson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Adam Lidström narrowly saved just below the crossbar.
