Elias Bjursell helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in Athletic Club Onsala fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 11th minute. Penalty! When Athletic Club Onsala's Christian Asserlind in the 20th minute got a chance for a shot 20th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mango IK's goalie prevented a goal. Jonny Valström kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, Athletic Club Onsala's Simon Frisck nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pontus Grubb made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Mango IK's Valter Pålsson shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 27th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Lucas Kilberg but with some difficulty. In the 29th minute, Jonny Valström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Mango IK's Jonny Valström got a free kick in the 34th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Allan Almqvist in the 36th minute of play forced Mango IK's goalkeeper Pontus Grubb to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The long shot by Per-Arne Frisck in the 38th minute really tested Lucas Kilberg's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Athletic Club Onsala's Lucas Kilberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Birger Kvick in the 39th minute of play. Birger Kvick received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Lucas Kilberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 44thth minute of the game Birger Kvick who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Athletic Club Onsala's Lucas Kilberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vilgot Lindgren hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Birger Kvick's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Kilberg was relentless in the 48th minute of the game.

The wind increased when Birger Kvick made the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Athletic Club Onsala's goalkeeper Lucas Kilberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 60th minute Christian Asserlind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pontus Grubb saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Birger Kvick recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Mango IK fans' excitement grew in the 66th match minute when Mango IK's Birger Kvick looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 71 minutes into the match, Mango IK's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Asserlind came free, but Pontus Grubb reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christian Asserlind fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pontus Grubb having to interfere. Lucas Kilberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Lucas Kilberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Birger Kvick in the 85th minute of play. When Christian Asserlind came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Athletic Club Onsala fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christian Asserlind couldn't finish the play. If Simon Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 89th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Mango IK's zone, Allan Almqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pontus Grubb came out of the goal and Allan Almqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Simon Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Athletic Club Onsala's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
