Åmål FK's Gustaf Lindgren got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience was convinced that Filip Mossberg's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olof Bergsten was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Martin Sjödin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olof Bergsten having to make a save. After having played for 48 minutes, Gustaf Lindgren managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Åmål FK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gustaf Lindgren was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Olof Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gustaf Lindgren in the 63rd minute of the match. In the 67thth minute of the game Filip Mossberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AminakoyumPKK's Olof Bergsten was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Olof Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Martin Sjödin in the 95th minute of the match. Birger Berglund took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gustav Gunnarsson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
