Spectators: 6677 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1677, VIP seats: 0) Axel Kristiansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fred Spetz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jens-Ola Karlsson came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Norrtälje FK's Sune Bäckman. But to his dismay, Sune Bäckman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a rather tough play, Norrtälje FK's Sune Bäckman got a free kick in the 17th minute. Axel Kristiansson made a fantastic save in the 20th minute, when Alvar Lagerberg sent off a good shot on target. Jan Kielstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Karlsson having to interfere. Nils-Erik Jonsson's late challenge caught a Harads FK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Erik Jonsson helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Harads FK booed when Norrtälje FK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nils-Erik Jonsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Kjell-Arne Vikström during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 30 minutes into the match, Norrtälje FK's Sune Bäckman sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Karlsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Jens-Ola Karlsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jan Kielstedt in the 34th minute of the match. 38 minutes into the match, Harads FK's goal looked a bit too open when Sune Bäckman came free, but Jens-Ola Karlsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Harads FK's Ulrik Samuelsson got a free kick in the 40th minute. After recieving a nice pass, Norrtälje FK's Marcus Sundström tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Jan Kielstedt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fred Spetz to make the kick off. The Norrtälje FK fans' excitement grew in the 56th match minute when Norrtälje FK's Jan Kielstedt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 61st minute, Harads FK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Jan Kielstedt fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Norrtälje FK's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Marcus Sundström in the 67th minute. In the 69th minute of the match Norrtälje FK got a corner. Harads FK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marcus Sundström ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Harads FK's goalie and right to Niklas Lind. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Harads FK's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Harads FK's Jens-Ola Karlsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Kielstedt in the 71st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sune Bäckman got free with Jens-Ola Karlsson in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 84th minute Fred Spetz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axel Kristiansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 85 minutes into the match, Norrtälje FK's Jan Kielstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jens-Ola Karlsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 89th minute, Alvar Lagerberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Norrtälje FK getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Kjell-Arne Vikström hit a great ball. If Fred Spetz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
