Hampus Hansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Björn Forss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 15 minutes into the match, Minipool FC's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Forss came free, but Hampus Hansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valentin Kielberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hampus Hansson having to interfere. After having played for 18 minutes, Manfred Josefsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Minipool FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Manfred Josefsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Marc Sundström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 22 minutes into the match, Smygehamn's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Josefsson came free, but Jimmie Kjellkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 22nd minute, Henry Dahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Manfred Josefsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hampus Hansson came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Smygehamn's Björn Forss. But to his dismay, Björn Forss quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 37 minutes into the match, Manfred Josefsson dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jimmie Kjellkvist, 2-1. Manfred Josefsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Smygehamn's Jimmie Kjellkvist proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 47th minute of the match, managed to save Smygehamn from getting a goal against them. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

Smygehamn's Stig Blomquist couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Minipool FC. After a defensive mix-up in Minipool FC's zone, Björn Forss stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hampus Hansson came out of the goal and Björn Forss tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th match minute, Minipool FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Vincent Nykvist to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Smygehamn's Henry Dahlberg got a free kick in the 59th minute. 60 minutes into the game, Björn Forss was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Smygehamn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Minipool FC the free kick. In the 71st minute of the match Stig Blomquist shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Hampus Hansson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Marc Sundström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jimmie Kjellkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Valentin Kielberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 76th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Björn Forss struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Hampus Hansson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Smygehamn. If Manfred Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Valentin Kielberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
