Holger Västerstrand showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jim Hedkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 12thth minute of the game Jarl Stålberg who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Hajom's Jan Västlund was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Holger Västerstrand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Hedkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 19 minutes into the match, Upphärad's Joacim Winström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jan Västlund narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 28 minutes into the match, Hajom's goal looked a bit too open when Jarl Stålberg came free, but Jan Västlund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hajom's Jan Västlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jarl Stålberg in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the game, Jörgen Blixt was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Hajom's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Upphärad the free kick. After a rather tough play, Hajom's Jörgen Blixt got a free kick in the 35th minute. Jan Västlund stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jarl Stålberg's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Joacim Winström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hajom's Jim Hedkvist got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Kevin Forsberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattias Jansson in the 48th minute of play forced Upphärad's goalkeeper Holger Västerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jarl Stålberg was the one to do the kick off. Holger Västerstrand showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Jansson in the 55th minute of the match. Kevin Forsberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 75 minutes of play, Upphärad's Joacim Winström made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Andy Skarkman placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Kevin Forsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Västerstrand having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Upphärad had won after a very even match.
