In the 17th minute, Joel Bengtsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Konrad Ekberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 19th minute. Hampus Ström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Leif Åberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kennet Håkansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulf Olofsson in the 26th minute of the match. Konrad Ekberg hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Jan Johnsson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Konrad Ekberg stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Walter Ennegren dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Hampus Ström, 1-1. The Rastas FK fans' excitement grew in the 59th match minute when Rastas FK's Leif Åberg looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 2-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Walter Ennegren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 73 minutes into the match, AC Fiorentina's goal looked a bit too open when Ulf Olofsson came free, but Kennet Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 76 minutes into the game, Nils Sandell was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AC Fiorentina's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Rastas FK the free kick. In the 76th match minute, AC Fiorentina was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nils Sandell to maneuver through the defense. 78 minutes had been played when some careless play by AC Fiorentina's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Bernt Hafström was slow to take the kick. During this time Rastas FK's players had a chance to rest. Staffan Beckström was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ulf Olofsson in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kennet Håkansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 92 minutes into the match, AC Fiorentina's goal looked a bit too open when Leif Åberg came free, but Kennet Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ulf Olofsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Kennet Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rastas FK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of AC Fiorentina for a fine match.
