The audience thought a goal was coming when Isac Danielsson got free with Urban Rydelius in the 3rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Kalle Kilström, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 8 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Aron Olsson was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 12th minute of the game. One of Bohus:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Garpenberg:s goal. Isac Danielsson struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Urban Rydelius didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bohus. Kalle Kilström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Aron Olsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 25 minutes into the match, Bohus's goal looked a bit too open when Gustaf Ström came free, but Aron Olsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Isac Danielsson notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Garpenberg's Urban Rydelius. Urban Rydelius was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match had gone on for 32 minutes, Karl-Ove Classon took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Urban Rydelius to make any attempt to save it. If Karl-Ove Classon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Karl-Ove Classon recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Karl-Ove Classon came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Bohus fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Karl-Ove Classon couldn't finish the play. Isac Danielsson might have been able to make a better finish in the 47th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Urban Rydelius. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Isac Danielsson ran back to his position shaking his head. Urban Rydelius made an important save on a dangerous shot by Karl-Ove Classon in the 48th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Ove Classon was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Bohus's Aron Olsson got control of the ball when Gustaf Ström tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Isac Danielsson came up free with the goalie in the 56th minute, the Bohus fans jumped to their feet. After 57 played minutes Garpenberg got a freekick which was hit by Roy Dahlqvist. Ola Kellbom's late challenge caught a Bohus's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ola Kellbom helped the player get up and apologised. Ola Kellbom kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Gustaf Ström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Karl-Ove Classon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Urban Rydelius having to make a save. If Isac Danielsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bohus had won after a very even match.
