In the 26th minute the ball was on its way in behind LvS FC's goalkeeper Mattias Svensson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Samuel Kråk's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Urban Rydelius firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Gustaf Ström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 32nd minute, Filiph Nord got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Andreas Biörnberg charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Andreas Biörnberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 36th minute, one of Garpenberg:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Garpenberg. The Garpenberg fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Garpenberg's Gustaf Ström looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Kalle Kilström was the one to do the kick off.
