Spectators: 7316 (Terracing: 5488, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ivar Forsell got the match started through his kick off. 4 minutes into the game, Havstenssund's Ola Göransson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stig-Arne Häger made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 13 played minutes Havstenssund got a freekick which was hit by Jan-Erik Pihlgren. Stig-Arne Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Staffan Fastesson in the 18th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Öxabäck's goal looked a bit too open when Ola Göransson came free, but Stig-Arne Häger reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 played minutes Öxabäck got a freekick which was hit by Folke Lindström. 26 minutes into the match, Havstenssund's Ola Göransson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Stig-Arne Häger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ola Göransson in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig-Arne Häger saved Öxabäck from getting behind. In the 32nd minute, Folke Lindström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Stig-Arne Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Göransson in the 35th minute of the match. Knut Bock received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Stig-Arne Häger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Stig-Arne Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Göransson in the 38th minute of the match. Stig-Arne Häger came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Havstenssund's Staffan Fastesson. But to his dismay, Staffan Fastesson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Ola Göransson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Ola Göransson made the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute of the match Havstenssund got a corner. Öxabäck's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ola Göransson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Stig-Arne Häger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ola Göransson in the 58th minute of the match. In the 79th minute, Öxabäck's Alfred Bolin seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Alfred Bolin the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Öxabäck protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Alfred Bolin had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. After 79 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Öxabäck! When the match had been going on for 83 minutes, Havstenssund's Ola Göransson got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Stig-Arne Häger. A collision led to Havstenssund getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Osvald Bock hit a great ball. Ola Göransson's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 92ndth minute, Stig-Arne Häger skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Havstenssund booed when Öxabäck was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eric Nyberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute of the match Ola Göransson shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Stig-Arne Häger showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Havstenssund's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
