The Öxabäck fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. 46 minutes into the game, Öxabäck's Ivar Forsell nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ivar Forsell to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute of the match, Folke Lindström tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Bill Boll saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Stefan Ambjörnsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Stefan Ambjörnsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 64 minutes into the match, Flashpoint FC's goalkeeper Bill Boll had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ivar Lindqvist. After having played for 65 minutes, Folke Lindström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Öxabäck's supporters crossed their fingers, but Folke Lindström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 70th minute Ivar Forsell shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bill Boll saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Lukas Bagge had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 73rd minute, Ulf Melin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bill Boll made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ivar Forsell in the 82nd minute of play. After some careless play in the Flashpoint FC defense, Ivar Forsell kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bill Boll. The Flashpoint FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bill Boll should have stopped the shot. After a rather tough play, Öxabäck's Ivar Forsell got a free kick in the 88th minute. Bill Boll took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivar Forsell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bill Boll showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Folke Lindström in the 92nd minute of the match. Flashpoint FC's Bill Boll proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save Flashpoint FC from getting a goal against them.
