Spectators: 7242 (Terracing: 5489, Seating: 1683, VIP seats: 70) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Markus Löfgren started the match with the kick off. 9 minutes into the match, Les Mbappe's goal looked a bit too open when Stig Lidström came free, but Frank Hellkvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Håkan Ahlin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Lars-Erik Westerstrand tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lars-Erik Westerstrand didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 12th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. Les Mbappe's Frank Hellkvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Stig Lidström in the 22nd minute of play. Rune Wallgren kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. In the 24th minute, Håkan Ahlin ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lars-Erik Westerstrand was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. A hard shot 30 in the game by Håkan Ahlin from a close distance when the talented Lars-Erik Westerstrand managed to make a qualified save. Sköldinge's players were relieved. Frank Hellkvist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Calle Forss's shot from short distance in the 32nd minute. In the 34th match minute, Sköldinge was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stig Lidström to maneuver through the defense. When Les Mbappe's Markus Löfgren in the 37th minute got a chance for a shot 37th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Sköldinge's goalie prevented a goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Stig Lidström was the one to do the kick off. After 51 minutes of play, Les Mbappe's Håkan Ahlin made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lars-Erik Westerstrand was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Stig Lidström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Les Mbappe's goalkeeper Frank Hellkvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Patrik Pihlberg took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 62nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Frank Hellkvist. Les Mbappe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Frank Hellkvist made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Calle Forss sent off a good shot on target. Frank Hellkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stig Lidström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Les Mbappe's Frank Hellkvist got control of the ball when Calle Forss tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Markus Löfgren in the 74th minute of play forced Sköldinge's goalkeeper Lars-Erik Westerstrand to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sigvard Gustafsson hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. Calle Forss's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Frank Hellkvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 84th minute of play. Calle Forss fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frank Hellkvist having to interfere. Arman Hurtig kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 89 minutes into the game, Stig Lidström recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frank Hellkvist. Stig Lidström showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Les Mbappe fans cheered their team off the field, for while Sköldinge had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
