Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Göran Ekelund kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the match, Göran Ekelund had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Malcolm Ålberg. Norrköping's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Göran Ekelund was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Alfred Johansson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Malcolm Ålberg having to make a save. In the 16thth minute of the game Göran Ekelund who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Norrköping's Malcolm Ålberg was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 17 played minutes Norrköping got a freekick which was hit by Roland Ahlqvist. 18 minutes into the match, Töcksfors IFK's Patrik Sjöö broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 26th minute, Göran Ekelund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Alfred Johansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Malcolm Ålberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alfred Johansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. When Jonny Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Norrköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonny Holmgren couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Johan Myhr got free with Tor Albom in the 42nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Roland Ahlqvist came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Norrköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roland Ahlqvist couldn't finish the play. Roland Ahlqvist struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Tor Albom didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Norrköping. After the first half Töcksfors IFK were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
In the 52nd minute, Ragnar Ryberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jonny Holmgren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tor Albom having to interfere. 56 minutes into the match, Norrköping's Johan Myhr sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tor Albom narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Jonny Holmgren came up free with the goalie in the 65th minute, the Norrköping fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jonny Holmgren couldn't finish the play. Alfred Johansson hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Alfred Johansson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malcolm Ålberg having to interfere. Alfred Johansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jonny Holmgren kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Norrköping's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Ekelund came free, but Malcolm Ålberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 83 played minutes Töcksfors IFK got a freekick which was hit by Rune Martinsson. When Alfred Johansson came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Töcksfors IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alfred Johansson couldn't finish the play. Roland Ahlqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Norrköping booed when Töcksfors IFK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 90 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rune Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Norrköping were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
