Spectators: 7248 (Terracing: 5437, Seating: 1667, VIP seats: 144) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Richard Påk took the kick off in the first half of the match. Marc Strandberg might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Roy Fredriksson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marc Strandberg ran back to his position shaking his head. Johannes Håning kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Lars Billberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marc Strandberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Roy Fredriksson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 20 minutes, Mikael Walroth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aneby IFK and the PAOK Hools FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 21st match minute, Aneby IFK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mikael Walroth to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richard Påk in the 22nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Dennis Rudqvist prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lars Billberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Richard Påk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dennis Rudqvist having to interfere. If Richard Påk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marc Strandberg scored 1-0 in the 38th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Roy Fredriksson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When Marc Strandberg came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Aneby IFK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Marc Strandberg couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

The wind increased when Lars Billberg made the kick off in the second half. If Lars Billberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lars Billberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Richard Påk struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Dennis Rudqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PAOK Hools FC. The supporters of Aneby IFK booed when PAOK Hools FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Paul Wennerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aneby IFK's Kim Rosen couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 69th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for PAOK Hools FC. Lars Billberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute, Aneby IFK's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Vincent Aspengren fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Richard Påk in the 77th minute of play forced Aneby IFK's goalkeeper Dennis Rudqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 80thth minute of the game Richard Påk who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Aneby IFK's Dennis Rudqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Aneby IFK's Dennis Rudqvist got control of the ball when Vincent Aspengren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Richard Påk received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Dennis Rudqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 86 minutes into the game, Aneby IFK's Lars Billberg nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Roy Fredriksson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After recieving a nice pass, PAOK Hools FC's Richard Påk tried to score from far away in the 92nd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 96 minutes into the match, PAOK Hools FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marc Strandberg came free, but Roy Fredriksson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
