The supporters of Lindö Fighters booed when Ingarö was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Ek didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Arne Palm sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bengt-Arne Palm stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Magnus Moberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bengt-Arne Palm, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 54th minute, Peder Sandell left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ingarö fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After a defensive mix-up in Ingarö's zone, Bengt-Arne Palm stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Magnus Moberg came out of the goal and Bengt-Arne Palm tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Ingarö getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Peder Sandell hit a great ball. 65 minutes into the match, Lindö Fighters's goal looked a bit too open when Gösta Vallman came free, but Kjell-Arne Lennartsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute Bengt-Arne Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Moberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With his leg Kjell-Arne Lennartsson managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Ingarö's Gösta Vallman fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Thor Alebom took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Magnus Moberg. Magnus Moberg dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. In the 91st minute Bengt-Arne Palm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magnus Moberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Karl Vinström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Lennartsson having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Leonardo Jelm was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lindö Fighters's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ingarö the free kick. Gösta Vallman struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Kjell-Arne Lennartsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ingarö. The Lindö Fighters supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ingarö's performance. The match ended with a win for Ingarö.
