Alvar Ekerot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ingvar Skytt went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Alvar Ekerot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ingvar Skytt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Henric Petersson fell near the penalty area in the 20th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rottne IF's protests and gave Henric Petersson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 20th match minute, Rottne IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Henric Petersson to maneuver through the defense. Marc Söderberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alvar Ekerot having to interfere. Gabriel Bergdal sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ingvar Skytt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 35th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 37 minutes into the game, Eskil Westerstrand cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Alvar Ekerot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Ingvar Skytt came up free with the goalie in the 43rd minute, the Rottne IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ingvar Skytt couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Marc Söderberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rottne IF's supporters rose to their feet, but Marc Söderberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alvar Ekerot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 46 minutes, Gabriel Bergdal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vittinge IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gabriel Bergdal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 48th minute, Ingvar Skytt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gabriel Bergdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Inge Simonsson having to interfere. Eskil Westerstrand's late challenge caught a Vittinge IK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Eskil Westerstrand helped the player get up and apologised. In the 68th minute, Eskil Westerstrand hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Marc Söderberg didn't miss a given chance and shot in short distance 0-4 via right post in the game's 71st minute. Rottne IF's supporters showed their exhuberating excitement! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ingvar Skytt during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 74th match minute, Rottne IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ingvar Skytt to maneuver through the defense. Marc Söderberg showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-5. Rottne IF's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
