Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Karungi BF's Björn Anselius started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 3 minutes into the game, Jimmie Ljungberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skepplanda's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Karungi BF the free kick. Jimmie Ljungberg kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. Tord Billvall's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 4thth minute, Niclas Hellqvist skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Charlie Smedfeldt recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 8th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 12 played minutes Karungi BF got a freekick which was hit by Conny Månsson. Joakim Göransson, 13 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Skepplanda's zone, Björn Anselius stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Niclas Hellqvist came out of the goal and Björn Anselius tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Tord Billvall managed to get in a good position for a shot. Karungi BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Tord Billvall was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Niclas Hellqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Tord Billvall in the 28thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Niclas Hellqvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Björn Anselius's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Niclas Hellqvist read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 33rd minute of play. A collision led to Karungi BF getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Göran Blomkvist hit a great ball. A hard shot by Björn Forss from long distance, 38 minutes into the match, got Niclas Hellqvist's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Björn Anselius might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Niclas Hellqvist. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Björn Anselius ran back to his position shaking his head. Tord Billvall struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Niclas Hellqvist didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karungi BF. Conny Månsson kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Skepplanda were awarded a corner in the 47th minute after Karungi BF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Joakim Göransson took the corner. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Björn Anselius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Niclas Hellqvist having to interfere. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Tord Billvall sped through Skepplanda's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Niclas Hellqvist. When Jimmie Ljungberg was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 56 minutes had been played. In the 58th minute of the match Björn Forss shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Niclas Hellqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Roger Eliasson hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Tord Billvall scored 3-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Niclas Hellqvist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 76th match minute, Skepplanda was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roger Eliasson to maneuver through the defense. The Karungi BF fans' excitement grew in the 81st match minute when Karungi BF's Tord Billvall looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Niclas Hellqvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Billvall, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Skepplanda's goal looked a bit too open when Björn Anselius came free, but Niclas Hellqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Karungi BF booed when Skepplanda was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Claes Holmberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Tord Billvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Niclas Hellqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Karungi BF fully deserved thier win.
