The Glommen fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Kurt Drewitz should have stopped the shot. Sven-Erik Eskilsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Lustig having to interfere. Malte Strandberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The Glommen supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching The Red Devils's performance. The match ended with a win for The Red Devils.
