Spectators: 7331 (Terracing: 5500, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Vincent Askstedt kicked off to start the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Jörgen Örn during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Jörgen Örn hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Simon Kjellkvist charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Simon Kjellkvist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Samba Holm's Simon Kjellkvist got a free kick in the 7th minute. The Skillingsfors FF fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Skillingsfors FF's Vincent Askstedt looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Stig Isaksson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mathias Stenqvist in the 18th minute of play. If Mathias Stenqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 37th minute, Simon Kjellkvist sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Skillingsfors FF's Stig Isaksson didn't even have to move. Vincent Askstedt was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 42nd minute. Skillingsfors FF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. In the 43rd minute Vincent Askstedt suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. Måns Tolsson's late challenge caught a Skillingsfors FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Måns Tolsson helped the player get up and apologised. Måns Tolsson kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mathias Stenqvist to strike the kick off in the second half. Jonas Ström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stig Isaksson having to make a save. Jonas Ström came free with the goalkeeper in the 64th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Stig Isaksson could save by the left post. Skillingsfors FF's Stig Isaksson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Skillingsfors FF from getting a goal against them. Gert Holm kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. After having played for 76 minutes, Mathias Stenqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Samba Holm's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mathias Stenqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jörgen Örn got his second yellow card in the match during the 78th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 79th match minute, Skillingsfors FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Örn to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mathias Stenqvist in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Stig Isaksson saved Skillingsfors FF from getting behind. 87 minutes into the game, Mathias Stenqvist recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Stig Isaksson. Mathias Stenqvist showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Skillingsfors FF's zone, Jonas Ström stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Stig Isaksson came out of the goal and Jonas Ström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sören Hellqvist's late challenge caught a Skillingsfors FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sören Hellqvist helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, Samba Holm was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sören Hellqvist to maneuver through the defense. Skillingsfors FF's Stig Isaksson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mathias Stenqvist in the 96th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
