Gilbert Friberger had great luck who in the 6thth minute grab hold of the ball when Vincent Askstedt from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 10 minutes into the match, Skillingsfors FF's Vincent Askstedt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gilbert Friberger narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gilbert Friberger took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vincent Askstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Hisingens Hunkar's defense didn't have a chance, in the 27th minute, when Vincent Askstedt scored to the left of an out of position Gilbert Friberger, making the score, 1-0. Vincent Askstedt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Gilbert Friberger tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vincent Askstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gilbert Friberger having to interfere.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vincent Askstedt stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Melker Joensson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Melker Joensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gilbert Friberger made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vincent Askstedt in the 58th minute of play. A collision led to Hisingens Hunkar getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Torbjörn Ahlbeck hit a great ball. Vincent Askstedt struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Gilbert Friberger didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skillingsfors FF. The audience thought a goal was coming when Per-Erik Häll got free with Stig Isaksson in the 73rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Bengt-Rune Qvarnström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Hisingens Hunkar's zone, Vincent Askstedt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gilbert Friberger came out of the goal and Vincent Askstedt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Stig Isaksson came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Hisingens Hunkar's Ludwig Nordin. But to his dismay, Ludwig Nordin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Vincent Askstedt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gilbert Friberger was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Gilbert Friberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vincent Askstedt in the 93rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Vincent Askstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Skillingsfors FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Vincent Askstedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gilbert Friberger breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Bengt-Rune Qvarnström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
