After a rather tough play, Ljusterö's Lucas Alefors got a free kick in the 8th minute. 9 minutes into the match, Karlskoga BF's Karl-Michael Bäckström broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Arman Brummer recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 27th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Karlskoga BF getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Filiph Waller hit a great ball. After the first half Ljusterö were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and John Albom made a kick off. When Linus Utfal fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Ljusterö's protests and gave Linus Utfal a yellow card for diving instead. Linus Utfal hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ljusterö's goalkeeper Johannes Stenman, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 58th minute, Ingvar Björklund got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Arman Brummer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 66 minutes into the match, Karlskoga BF's Arman Brummer sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Johannes Stenman narrowly saved just below the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by John Albom in the 70th minute of play forced Karlskoga BF's goalkeeper Stig Billvall to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ingvar Björklund fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Johannes Stenman having to interfere. An unexpected shot in the 83rd minute by John Albom got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. 88 minutes into the match, Dan Askberg notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Karlskoga BF's Stig Billvall. Stig Billvall was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ljusterö's Johannes Stenman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ingvar Björklund in the 94th minute of play. If Arman Brummer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Karlskoga BF supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Ljusterö's performance. The match ended with a win for Ljusterö.
