Eriksfält's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Elliott Lindell was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After having played for 49 minutes, Thomas Askberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Street's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thomas Askberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Sven-Ove Gallberg made the kick off in the second half. Elliott Lindell kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. In the 58th minute of the match Dag Kjellbom shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Calle Forssberg showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Eriksfält's Joakim Skoog got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Thomas Askberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sven-Ove Gallberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hans Eklund having to interfere. In the 71st match minute, FC Street was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alex Kilberg to maneuver through the defense. If Thomas Askberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Eriksfält's zone, Sven-Ove Gallberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hans Eklund came out of the goal and Sven-Ove Gallberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sven-Arne Hägert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Calle Forssberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joakim Skoog scored 1-1 in the 88th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Calle Forssberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sven-Arne Hägert received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Calle Forssberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the FC Street players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Eriksfält.
