Kjell Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pär Biörling showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Filiph Qvalfeldt, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Akademin's zone, Patrick Alegren stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. August Boberg came out of the goal and Patrick Alegren tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 28th minute, Gullspång's Patrick Alegren dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. August Boberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Patrick Alegren in the 32nd minute of play. When Gullspång's Patrick Alegren in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Akademin's goalie prevented a goal. Patrick Alegren struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. August Boberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Gullspång. Kent Wall in the 41stth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of August Boberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrick Alegren in the 42nd minute of play forced Akademin's goalkeeper August Boberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Akademin's August Boberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Akademin from getting a goal against them. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

The wind increased when Patrick Alegren made the kick off in the second half. In a very dangerous position, a player in Akademin fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 53rd minute. Penalty! Pär Biörling made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Filiph Qvalfeldt in the 60th minute of play. Valentin Paulin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The attack was good, but when Patrick Alegren in the 67th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. 69 minutes into the match, Filiph Danielsson notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of Akademin's August Boberg. August Boberg was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. August Boberg came out of the goal in the 73rd minute to try and stop a shot by Gullspång's Patrick Alegren. But to his dismay, Patrick Alegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. If Kent Wall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gullspång's Pär Biörling played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Filiph Qvalfeldt in the 80th minute of play. In the 82nd minute Patrick Alegren shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but August Boberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Akademin's August Boberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kent Wall in the 84th minute of play. Kent Wall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. August Boberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Alegren in the 87th minute of the match. When Anton Mårtensson fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gullspång's protests and gave Anton Mårtensson a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Gullspång's Anton Mårtensson got a free kick in the 88th minute. Ted Wallmark kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. Akademin's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
