Spectators: 6656 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1656, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Osvald Bruhn started the match with the kick off. Osvald Bruhn received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 6th minute. Stig-Ove Fernkvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Osvald Lindmark got free with Jens-Åke Lundqvist in the 14th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 17 minutes into the match, Osvald Bruhn notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Nygård IK's Stig-Ove Fernkvist. Stig-Ove Fernkvist was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Christian Dahlqvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Jens-Åke Lundqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Christian Dahlqvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Åke Lundqvist having to interfere. If Christian Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nygård IK's Osvald Lindmark got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Adelsö's Jens-Åke Lundqvist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Christian Dahlqvist in the 41st minute of play. In the 43rd minute, Axel Rolandsson reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jens-Åke Lundqvist. The goal made the score 1-1. Jens-Åke Lundqvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Dahlqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

After some careless play in the Adelsö defense, Christian Dahlqvist kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jens-Åke Lundqvist. The Adelsö fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jens-Åke Lundqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute, Osvald Lindmark got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Osvald Lindmark had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 62 minutes, Christian Dahlqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nygård IK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Dahlqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sven-Olof Carlberg kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Osvald Lindmark blasted a shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jens-Åke Lundqvist having to make a save. Stig-Ove Fernkvist took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sven-Olof Carlberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Dahlqvist in the 70th minute of play forced Adelsö's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Lundqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 81st minute the ball was on its way in behind Adelsö's goalkeeper Jens-Åke Lundqvist, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. If Christian Dahlqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nygård IK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Adelsö for a fine match.
