Real City Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arboninho FC the free kick. When the match had been going on for 8 minutes, Arboninho FC's Sune Eckegren got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Bo-Erik Salqvist. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Krister Björkman during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Real City Fc getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Krister Björkman hit a great ball. Per-Olof Brodin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Sven-Olof Kjellberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kennet Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sven-Olof Kjellberg came out of the goal in the 18th minute to try and stop a shot by Real City Fc's Per-Olof Brodin. But to his dismay, Per-Olof Brodin quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Christian Fredriksson hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes, Real City Fc's Rolf Olsson shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Sven-Olof Kjellberg came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Real City Fc reached it. Kennet Emander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sven-Olof Kjellberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Bo-Erik Salqvist made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Brian Stenström sent off a good shot on target. With 32 minutes on the clock, Maximilian Arhenius commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 31 minutes into the game, one of Arboninho FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave Real City Fc a penalty, 34 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Rolf Olsson, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Arboninho FC's Sven-Olof Kjellberg. 1-2. 37 minutes into the game, Per-Olof Brodin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Real City Fc's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Arboninho FC the free kick. Bo-Erik Salqvist showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Brian Stenström in the 39th minute of the match. Real City Fc's Krister Björkman got his second yellow card of the match in the 40th minute. The referee ordered Krister Björkman off the ground. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kennet Emander to strike the kick off in the second half. If Kennet Emander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arboninho FC's Brian Stenström got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Christian Fredriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Arboninho FC's Sven-Olof Kjellberg got control of the ball when Kjell Vestberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th play minute Kennet Emander came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Sven-Olof Kjellberg. 2-3. Brian Stenström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Bo-Erik Salqvist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kennet Emander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Real City Fc's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
