The referee ignored IF Elfsborg's protests and gave Allan Skröder a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes IF Elfsborg got a freekick which was hit by Allan Skröder. Mattias Qvarnström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hannes Apelquist having to interfere. In the 66th minute, Lars Alén got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Mattias Qvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to IFK Glenntown getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Emanuel Arenberg hit a great ball. Emanuel Arenberg kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
